      I think you may be thinking of Air America, Mel Gibson and Robert Downey Junior. They turn the plane around to rescue the refugees. Just as the plane banks we hear Give Me Shelter by the Rolling Stones. This is very appropriate and symbolic.Hope this helps. It is a very entertaining movie.
